Where did you do most of your writing for this memoir?  And please describe in detail.  I lived in a few different places and had a few life changes during the writing of my memoir. I wrote in the living room on the couch mostly. I wrote during the overnight shift at work as a home health nurse.

What were your writing habits while writing this memoir- did you drink something as you wrote, listen to music, write in pen and paper, directly on laptop; specific time of day? I like silence when I write, However, sometimes I would have some light meditation music without vocals on.

Out of all the specific memories you write about in this memoir, which ONE MEMORY was the most emotional for you to write about? And can you share that specific excerpt with us here.  The excerpt can be as short or as long as you prefer, and please provide page numbers or Chapter number as references. Chapter 21, page, 126. The following is what I wrote on paper from that night. I wrote in the middle of the night, after waking up from having nightmares – it came back to me – now I am clearer on exactly what took place. I am healing.

Can you describe the emotional process of writing about this ONE MEMORY? This was the hardest part, it came to me in a nightmare, and writing it out (this was the only part that was written on paper) I went through anger and grief, and sadness. I would put the book up on hold for a while soon after.

Were there any deletions from this excerpt that you can share with us? There were none. This part in particular was written in the book exactly as was written on the paper after a nightmare.
