Where did you do most of your writing for this fiction work? And please describe in detail. And can you please include a photo? I work in my office . . . which looks like an office.
What were your writing habits while writing this work- did you drink something as you wrote, listen to music, write in pen and paper, directly on laptop; specific time of day? I write in the Scrivener program on the desktop computer, from about noon until whenever I get my quota of words written or pages edited done.

Please include just one excerpt and include page numbers as reference. This one excerpt can be as short or as long as you prefer. Including page numbers won’t be helpful, as the pagination changes from manuscript to printed book. But here’s an excerpt:

I did as Sha’ul recommended. I remained in Jerusalem and prayed in Yeshua’s name, asking HaShem to reveal His will for the rest of my life. He did not write on the wall for me as He did for Belshazzar, but I felt a strong impression to remain in the Holy City and start another choir for women. We began to meet in my home, and within a few weeks we were making joyful, beautiful praise to HaShem our Father and Yeshua our Messiah.
We did not sing on the Temple Mount, but in the Xystus, the same open area where Peter gave his sermon at Pentecost. The women stood in a semicircle as I directed, and we sang a song of salvation from the prophet Isaiah. The song just happened to be filled with Yeshua’s name.
Hinei, El is my Yeshuah;
I will trust, and not be afraid;
for HaShem is my strength and my zemirah;
He also has become my Yeshuah.
Therefore with sasson shall ye draw mayim
out of the wells of Yeshuah.
Behold, God is my salvation!
I will trust and will not be afraid.
For the Lord Adonai is my strength
and my song.
He also has become my salvation.
With joy you will draw water
from the wells of salvation.
After we finished, our singers dispersed into the crowd that had gathered to listen. A man and woman approached me, and for a moment I did not recognize either of them. Then I realized who he was—Avidan’s friend from the yeshiva.
“Ezra!” I gave him a broad smile. “Shalom! I hope you are well.”

Why is this excerpt so emotional for you as a writer to write? And can you describe your own emotional experience of writing this specific excerpt? This excerpt is special to me for two reasons: first, because it leads to the end of the book, which is also an end to that particular series. Second, I love that when you sing “salvation” in Hebrew, you are literally singing Jesus’ name.
